I ordered a titanium camping pot on November 27th, credit card was charged on November 29th, e-invoice stated shipping 5-8 days and here we are January 7, 2019 and I still don't have my paid-for-product. Three emails, numerous attempts by phone to contact the company and still no response. My only recourse now is to advise other potential customers...unless someone out there has a suggestion. There's always social platforms but don't wanna be that customer."
