"Received a damaged drive from the site, attempted to contact site for return but both numbers came back disconnected. Opened dispute with Paypal since I used them as a purchase liason. They denied the refund through paypal with incorrect information stating that I purchased through Ebay saying they only offer replacement. I purchased the drive through their website which had no statement about replacement only. I sent back the drive anyways so they could not claim I had kept the drive, so now I have no drive and have no money. Communication with seller has been awful."
"This company has been a hassle to work with. They sold me a drive that wouldn't work because they configured it incorrectly, then when I sent it back, I was charged $10 for the return and I was out another $13 for S&H. I will not deal with them again and will advise others to stay away."

"Quick to answer e-mails and product arrived in perfect condition and was packed well, but shipping was a little slow (took more than a week)and expensive ($10 to ship a cd-drive bezel?). However, they were the only place where I could find a black Toshiba DVD-drive bezel without holes for the volume knob and headset jack (the one from Directron has these covered up by a sticker). I can't complain because I got exactly what I wanted."
