"AVOID THIS COMPANY! I placed an order online on 6/18/10, and after waiting 3 weeks, emailed them for a status update on my order. No response. Emailed them again. No response. Emailed them a 3rd time. No response. Tried calling their toll free number listed on their website. It's a bogus number and hangs up on you. Thankfully I had paid using PayPal and only after filing a claim against them through PayPal did they respond with a refund. Crooks!"

"Ultra Barcode seems like another one of those "fake" internet businesses. You know, the ones that tell you everything is "in stock" and offers "free shipping." Then you place an order for something and all you ever get is an email 2 hours later saying that your "order has shipped" (and of course your CC has been charged.) Over a week has gone by and your item still has not arrived.

That was my experience with Ultra Barcode. All of my emails have been ignored and my calls to the ***-***-**** go unanswered.

Avoid this website like the plaque, it is not worth the time, effort, and annoyance factor. If you do not believe me, just call their toll-free number and see if anyone answers. "

"Ordered DTL4060P-THERMAMARK labels and received an email order was shipped on 04/27/2010. I still haven't received shipment yet and I have been waiting on tracking number for this shipment. Ultra Barcode won't respond to the emails I sent asking for this information. I'm gonna contact American Express and get my money back on this order if I don't get a response soon. I wouldn't buy from Ultra Barcode again."
