"I am writing this review because I was BLOWN AWAY by this company (in a good way :) )! I had been searching for a Trikke T5 scooter for my nephew and every single store was sold out! :( I found Ultimate Sports and they had it but I wasn't sure if it would arrive on time (only had 7 days before I needed it). It didn't give me an estimated time of arrival so I emailed them...within 5 minutes I got a response saying that they would call Trikke and find out. They immediately sent me the shipping tracking info and said they would have it sent out within 24 hours. This happened in the morning and the next day around the same time the scooter ARRIVED!!! AWESOME COMPANY with great customer service! "
