"My daughter sent me this link for a Xmas present. I promptly ordered the boots she requested and waited. My visa was charged immediately. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing. When I sent a request I was advised.

I argued back and forth in a couple of emails (copies available)…and admittedly got a wee bit obnoxious. Finally I went to my bank advising that no goods were received… and promptly received my money back via a chargeback.
Do not deal with this company they do not sell Uggs originals and they are not customer friendly.

Be very careful as they change their website address constantly to hide from (I assume ) the people that report them. Only buy original Uggs."
