"UDecor was a pleasure to work with. I was unsure about the products and my options, and the customer service person went above and beyond to help me find the right products at the right measurements I needed (as I was trying to cover an old wall border in my daughter's room rather than try to remove it). I couldn't find any moldings at Home Depot or Lowes that were even close to meeting my needs nor much in options. The UDecor moldings were shipped quickly, installation was fairly easy and the moldings look stunning! I've gotten so many compliments on the room. Now I want to do more rooms with this molding!

"We purchased the crown molding about a month ago and haven't had a chance to install of it yet but what we have installed looks fantastic. My carpenter had to spend some extra time due to the uneven ceiling, but I'm sure in the long run it will be an easier installation due to the flexibility of the molding. We couldn't be happier. "
"I found the crown molding I like at a good price that I could not find at Home Depot or Lowe's. Fast shipping and no damage when I received the packages. Part of my order was back ordered. Udecor shipped the back order the same day they received their new shipment from mfr. The story did not end there. When I received the second package, I found it was 3 pieces short. I contacted its customer service and the lady said she would inform this to shipping department and would see what they could do. I didn't receive any status update on this, however, a package with 3 pieces showed up 3 days later just in time for my contractor to do the crown molding. Well, happy ending! :)"
"My only complaint is that all pieces should be exactly the same, as with less than 8ft lengths there are a considerable number of splices. Although pieces look identical, some have different thickness on the top and bottom edge. When you attempt to sand an uneven splice the primer paint peels adding considerable time to finishing the product and sometimes it remains visible on a long run. "
