"First time used, shirts turned out good. Second time, hoodies looked horrible. Did not want to reprint. Double stamped or something plus very clear lines from press. Fades colors. Very unhappy with how customer service responded. Ordered minimal discount for future print or half refund which is better than nothing I guess. "Uberprints sizing tool allows you to size your image as you wish. What they don't do is limit the tool even though there is a limit to the size of an image they'll print, which in turn does not scale with the size shirt you order.

My order arrived with the image not sized right and when I contacted customer service, only then did they tell me there are size limitations, so the shirt I ordered looked nothing like the shirt I received, and when I asked for a refund, they ignored my email.

All this AFTER they sent my order to the wrong address the first time.

I highly recommend a site like Customink instead. "

Let me tell you how amazing this company is. I ordered 2 custom made shirts from them and within the same day the items were shipped. I was schedule to received the items 2 days later but USPS decided to drop the ball and not deliver my package. According to USPS they were unable to delivery the package to the address provided even though I was there waiting for the items. They only reason I found out the attempted to deliver the package was because they sent me a text saying that the item was sent back to the sender. (USPS never came to deliver the package and decided to ship it back to the sender the same day). Long story short, I contacted Uber Prints and told them the story. I told them I really needed those a shirt by a certain date and if they could please ship it back to me when they got it back. I didn’t care if I had to pay for express shipping. To my surprise, they responded within the hour. Not only that, they also reprinted my shirts free of charge and shipped it via UPS to avoid another issue with USPS. On top of that, they said if the orginal order was to arrive I was welcome to keep it too. If this is not EXCELLENT customer service, I don’t know what is. THANK YOU. A+++++"
