"This is an order that did not go through. They listed IN STOCK items that I ordered. I noted the importance of them arriving at their promised time in writing. I then called twice to confirm the order was moving ok. They confirmed it was. The day before arrival they called to notify order was not IN STOCK!! I am now facing material damages as I can not transport the goods I had ordered to deliver on time as I had promised. I called and they offered no meaningful help, alternatives. In fact, they insisted that despite the fact it is listed IN STOCK, and the fact that they promise a specific delivery date, they dont really commit to it until the ccard is charged, which it took them 3 days to confirm!
Poor service, disgusting practices. Thumbs down."
