"Our daughter loves her classroom. She sings and talks about her teachers Hanna and Jackie. She loves them and says “ let’s go” when we say it’s time to leave for school. We love how much she loves her current class. She always seems happy. They are always so welcoming and seem to really care about her."

"The teachers have been great up until a few months ago. Lack of staffing with no consistency on who is there in the afternoon with lack of information about child's day. Price has raised 100 a month over the past year without seeing it invested back in the school. Last minute communication makes it difficult to participate in school/classroom events."

"The classroom transition process needs improved. My daughter's prior class was a tight knit group. When it was time for my daughter to transition to the next class, we discovered that not everyone was transitioning. Talking with several parents, we were blind-sided by the moves and breaking up of the class room. Kids who were staying in their current classroom did not realize that other kids were leaving. And, those that were leaving didnt know that they were getting split between 2 different classes. Kids were upset and parents didnt know about it and couldnt properly help them work through it. We need better transparency and it does affect our childs wellbeing"

"My husband and I have had a great experience in the couple months our son has started attending U-Gro. Our son had never been to daycare before starting at 2.5 years old. It has been a tough transition for him but the teachers have been so kind and welcoming and I feel that they truly care about my son and want him to feel comfortable there."

"Generally pretty happy with some of the teachers and experiences. Our child is thriving. However, some teachers have been horrible and not much communication/interaction from the directors. Cost also continues to increase. We are paying more now than we were when we first started. Prices are so high that we have to wait to have a second child bc we can't afford the care."
