"Overall my son has had positive experiences at Ugro. The teachers and staff know him well and have been wonderful to work with, especially supporting him emotionally. The curriculum prepared him well for kindergarten. The only challenge we ever really had was when there were some staffing issues and he was not always able to be with his regular teacher, but that has not been an issue recently."

We understand it can be difficult to monitor during snacks and meal time, and we have experienced a couple of incidents. The teachers were understanding and apologetic, and were quick to help find a solution."
