"I bought two I Phones 3G-S Black Apple 16 GB Quadband GSM World phone(Software Unlocked). Turnes out the phones are locked. Spend 1500 USD for the phones and none of them work.
Called customer service and they can not help me.......... what a bunch of sh.........t.

"USTronics is the worst! I bought a refurbished camera phone from them. The pictures are so dark and cloudy, you can hardly even recognize who you're taking pictures of. And there's no way to hold the SIM card in place. I returned it as faulty merchandise, and they returned it to me saying I could work with the camera and that I shouldn't have expected more from a refurbished cell phone cell phone!
And good luck finding a phone number. I had to search and search online to get one. And a teenager answered and said the woman whose cell phone the call was routed to left the cell phone at her house. O.o
And all emails come from a gmail account, if that gives you an idea of how amateur this company is. They don't even use the email service that comes w/ their domain.
If you're smart, STAY AWAY from USTronics. It's a home-grown business. "
