"I bought two laptop chargers from this website and both of them quit working after a month. The customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I spent over $60 on chargers and they only refunded me $12. They said when I shipped the chargers back to them that they tested them and they were working fine. Then they changed their story and said that they were both damaged. They accused me of damaging the product and then shipping it back. Every time I called I got a different story on why I couldn't get a refund. This is a SCAM. Don't buy from them. I just filed a complaint through the BBB. "
"Shipping was fast as lightining! Great service. The picture of the item showed a connector which was parallel with the back of the laptop. I was slightly disappointed to receive an adapter which was a 90 degree angle. This increases the pressure on the jack which is getting loose and was the ONE reason that I ordered from this company. I would have liked to have been given notice that the item was not as pictured... I probably would not have purchased it. Excellent product, just not what I thought I was getting. "
"I had requested a replacement for my laptop power supplu as I had notice the insullation had pulled away. I usually looked for the best price, but more recently now quality and security.
I found Ushopfast on a google search and ordered the product. I did receive my purchase about a week later. The power supply was not only the correct specification, but it was a better quality than the original one I had with the laptop. The only negative issue was that the standard shipping and handling was not cheap by any means. The package did arrive on the day promised but well after the normal delivery time. It was, however, securely packaged and well protected. So I was not disappointed with the cost of shipping as much when I saw how much care was taken to make sure that it was safely packed."
