"Ordered a pair of boots on black friday sale and paid the extra for priority shipping. I never received any notifications after the payment confirmation. I gave it a couple weeks considering the back log of orders possibly. I emailed Dec. 13th about the status of my order and never got a call or email reply back. I called them on Dec. 17th only to be told the boots I ordered were never in stock and were on back order. The website had them as available and had no mention of a back order. They were quick to take my money, but never provided any updates to my order. Poor communication on their part, and poor customer service. "
