"Payment for order was made via bank transfer directly into thier account due to international visa. They cannot find the payment. I sent the particulars off the payment they requested and included date, amount, appropriate numbers and information. they cannot find the payment. So no refund of 350.00 and no supplies. I have recieved no supplies and no refund. They told me exactly where to send the direct deposit and I sent them the necessary information. They still cannot find it and will not refund. Cant get bank reversal. I am out 350....and have no supplies.
Went to another supplier and bingo recieved the supplies within 10 days. Will not be dealing with us dental depot again.

Everything goes smoothly throw order, throw payment, shipping etc. I get my email with the invoice and the tacking.
4 days later when product its supposed to be delivered in Miami, really close to them actualy. I had to call them because tracking wasn't working, then I was told they do not accept international credit card payments from outside US, I mean its a VISA card, how can I use it in Paris, Berlin, Prague, yet I CAN NOT pay my bill in USDentalDepot.
No where is writen at their website that's policy. Also while at the phone with customersupport, they claim to have send and email telling me that. Right, I'm sitting right in front of my computer with my email open. Guess what? Guessed right, no email was sent and after I told them that, classic BS again. Check the spam.. now I'm stupid too. I can't even check my email?
Show some respect for your customers, and write down the shop policy in the website so all can see. I just wasted a week waiting for a product that would never be shipped without even a notice.

"I ordered 6 micro-motors that were on sale. I was told that I was going to receive my products in 2 weeks. But only after the payment was made they sent me the final invoice including a note saying that I would receive the package in 4 to 8 weeks.
After many e-mail back and forth trying to cancel the order. The owner that barely speaks English (by the way... the worse person I had to deal in my 20 years doing business) told me that the money will only be refund back to my credit card account after 4 weeks.
Now, I have to fight in court to get my money back, plus the damages caused by this company!!!!"
