"Awful experience! Ordered outlet & switch colors in matching metal for my kitchen. One of three products ordered and shown on the website is no longer available and no inventory exists. They sent an email and the partial shipment. When I told them I didn't want the order if I couldn't get all the pieces, they said it wasn't "their fault" the product isn't available anymore... Yet, they showed it as available on their Website. Customer Service Representative told me I can send it back at my cost!
