"Edit: It finally arrived, after more than 6 months! So I increase the rating a bit! I ordered one USBASP programmer from this website at 8/13/14. I payed for it using PayPal. I asked if one item is too cheap so they would not want to send it. They say it is OK, so I waited for it to arrive. After about a month, it has not arrived, so I sent an email and asked about the item. The seller played nice and offer to resend the item (but it may be because the PayPal dispute time is still not expired). Being positive, I decided to wait for some more time. The problem is, after the PayPal dispute time has expired, the seller does not answer any of my email. So I suspect, I have been scammed or at the very least the seller is very unprofessional."
