"A complete and total rip off!! I ordered a knife in January, they charged my credit card the next day and still no knife. It is now March and still no knife or contact from the company.
E-mails go unanswered as well as phone calls. I will notify the BBB and Interstate Commerce about this company."

"Company is horrible to deal with, I ordered a simple griptilian nothing special. I was told it was back ordered, so I waited and waited, I have been dealing with trying to get a response and also getting my money back, I placed an order in December and it is now march and I still have not received anything, I attempted contact through phone and email multiple times and nothing is returned. I will not recommend this website to anyone what so ever."

"USA Knife Shop is just a cover site for the fraud online store "The Blade Shop." They bill your card as soon as you place your order and then tell you after weeks go by that their inventory was off. Over 2 months now and they cancelled my order but will not refund my money. I have notified my credit card company and they will handle it from here. They even have a Facebook page to make them look legit. The sad thing is they try to appear patriotic when they are actually just stealing from law enforcement and Military vets."
