"I'm trying to find the right Better Business Bureau to accept my complaint about UMI Direct. I ordered underwear their advert copy showed as pink. It arrived in an assortment of ugly colors, none pink, plus two hideous prints. I called. There was no one manning the phones. I emailed. No one answered. Three days later someone called and said she hadn't been at her desk since Thursday, and it didn't matter if I didn't like the colors since the packet clearly read "assorted," so they could send me what they liked. Anyway, she said, I was stuck with them since they didn't accept underwear back, as was clearly stated in their return policy. What was I, stupid? Right! I'm refusing the charge on my credit card, looking for someone to report them, and telling everybody I know UMI SUCKS! I think they're some little outfit that operates out of a trailer or something, and needs badly to be shut down. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM UMI DIRECT!"

I contacted customer service in an attempt to locate some information on this and was redirected back to the website. The website tells me that the order is completed, but does not provide any confirmation of delivery nor does it address shipping at all. To this day I still do not have my waders and have no idea of when they are estimated to arrive."
