"Found a great deal on a refurb Hitachi, Director's series ultrathin 37". Didn't see many reviews about these guys, so felt like I took a chance by ordering.
I ordered on 7-25, and the TV was at my door on the 30th! I was expecting at least a week, maybe 2 for delivery.

"I purchased a TV from this retailer after coming across a pretty good deal. They were quick to take my money via their online store and the funds cleared my bank account. After a week passed, I started wondering why the status still showed "process" instead of "shipped". So I sent them an email asking what the status is and to sum it up, I got an email saying, "oops, we made a mistake and took a bunch of peoples money and were not planning on telling any of them until they emailed us asking about the order status." There are probably still hundreds (if not thousands) of people who purchased this television, had their money taken from them and have yet to receive any kind of order update.
That is my biggest gripe with this ordeal. Have the courtesy to email the customers who purchased this item from you within a 24-hour time period that the sale was a mistake. By not doing so, they look like crooks who are taking peoples money for immediate cash flow and a slow (often painful) chargeback process.

"These guys are idiots . they took 1000+ orders from people for a 1 single monitor they had in stock . they took almost 3 days to send cancellation notice and another 3 days to release payment . Never order from these stupids who can not handle their inventory even for one item "
"Price is good. But no phone number to contact. Only email. With free shipping I shouldn't have too much to complain but TWO whole weeks to wait for the TV to arrive is just a little bit too much. Also extened warranty is way too expensive. 15% of purchase price per year. "
