"Good things:
1. Great selection of cool T shirts.
2. International shipping.
3. You can search for coupons and get discounts.

Bad things:
1. Poor website usability on a number of navigation/ecommerce factors.
2. Confusing lack of relation between their sister sites threadless.com (who bills you) and theselecteseries.com ... In the typetees.com page title "curated by Threadless" tells you a lot... who the hell knows what 'curated' is supposed to mean??
3. Order dispatch email contains a different order number ("dispatch number") to your invoice number... wtf
4. Very slow customer support response via email ~5 days
5. No clear warning that international postal shipping includes no tracking (it is via UPS "Mail Innovations" and 20 days later I haven't received my goods, USA->UK

Overall: 2 stars, would only buy again if they had an exceptionally attractive product."
