Paperwork arrived also by Fed Ex a couple days later . Got my tag no problem. Took my time assembling it alone using my small bike jack, which wasn't difficult. Checked it over, didn't find but a couple slightly loose screws. No loose bolts anywhere. Loosened the chain a little. All electronics worked. Got the silver one which looks awesome. Added gas, cranked right up. Changed the oil also. Rode it several hours first day taking it easy. VERY SATISFIED!! I'm glad I got the Condor because it is slightly bigger than the Grom and Benelli. "My bike came in great condition, however the packaging could have been a whole lot better to protect the bike. I rate a 3 out of 10. With regards to customer service. They have no knowledge of the bikes their selling. None!!! They are in place to sell you a bike that's it!!! I know nothing about bikes or how to ride one I bought this bike to learn. I made a phone call to them about my key getting stuck in the gas cap. " not experienced " the guy on the phone told me take a picture and send it to him and he would call me back with an answer. Never called back. So I went to YouTube and got my answer and removed the key. A person with knowledge what have said Ma'ma all you have to do is push a little harder and it will lock in place and then you can remove the key. Don't get me wrong this is not a bad review this is just the insight of the company you are about to spend your hard earned money with. You get what you pay for so stop all the whining. This company is not perfect and life is not perfect. If you want perfect you need to order your bike from www.godmotersports.heaven. the reason I choose txpowersports I read all reviews and they were horrible. I originally wanted to purchase my bike from venom motorsports. But I had to weigh my options I found out it would be best to order from txpowersports. My factors- were shipping from Texas to Arkansas five hours away and how many times my bike would be loaded an unloaded onto the truck. I said this should be great, which it was. As far as the PDI i believe they just assembled the bikes and ship them out. I would have preferred to see at least 10 miles on the bike to let me know they have ridden on the bike to assure me everything worked fine. Not 3 miles, that told me the 3 miles are from being moved around in the warehouse. It will be a couple of months before I actually have a chance to get on the bike and ride. I will do a review on the bike itself. Please do your research on the things you purchase and the companies you purchase from. And you should not have any problems. In all I give Txpowersports a 5 rating out of 10. when I have a chance to ride the bike their rating could jump up.
