The person on the phone was remarkably uncaring about the fact that they were canceling the order and was basically like too bad, so sad, oh well, it's your problem ... we aren't selling you the item ... do something about it, if you can. If you want to do business with someone who treats their customers like that, then do so. I'd rather pay twice as much and do business elsewhere."
"I called and left them a message and they call right back with regards to the bike we going to order. They said that typically the email system will send out a confirmation of the delivery date a little late. They were right, we got the bike in 2 days and got the confirmation notice the day we got the bike. SUPER speedy and the gentleman on the phone was very nice. I highly recommend them."
