"We received our order of hand and bath towels, the shipment was well presented, nice little cards and all. The towels looked luxurious and exactly what we expected. However, the first two towels we used were ruined after getting wet! The color changed and we had large splotches everywhere. The real problem came when we attempted to contact the company. After 10 days of leaving telephone messages (no live person ever answered the phone!) and sending multiple e-mails we gave up. On February 26, 2007, we finally received an e-mail apologizing, and stating he had just read our e-mail from 2/18/07, the first of many e-mails we sent and phone calls made were 2/8/07! I highly recommend not doing business with this company!"
