"I don't know what happened to this company but the products have gone down the drain. I purchased this from Amazon. This is about a vegetable peeler about twice the price of a decent one. Since my first one lasted about 35 years or longer, went with it again. It's junk, a much duller version. It's labor intense to use it, no doubt to production shipped to China. I tried to contact the company which is not possible. The complaint is dumped on the rep. The rep didn't MAKE the product so it should not be her issue. The company will not take their own complaints. "
