"I had to return the ring which was on time and there was no money sent back to me nor a follow up email after I emailed the company 5 times to find our when my return was com8ng back to me. "They threatened me with legal action for posting about their scamming unethical emails with their threats included, stole my money, and when I did purchase a ring to get them to shut up, the size was the same as the one that was a size up.

The story was:
I ordered a ring, it took over four months to get in and was the wrong size, so I emailed their support team to make sure my next purchase would turn out okay. I mentioned that their ring sizing was off, and they got defensive of that, and made a bunch of excuses. I ordered a new ring a size up on 50% off and it never showed, took another three months or so. They emailed excusing it as backorder, delays, and all of this other stuff, but it was total bs. I emailed **** off demanding a refund, to which they said they don't refund engraved rings. Back and forth with them telling me I was dumb and that the ring was in fact fine, and I posted a review.
They came for me threatening me with legal action if I didn't take it down, canceled my order and said I didn't deserve their service anymore, and scared me half to death. I was younger at the time and actually did take it down with the promise that they would give me expedited shipping, but they made me pay the FULL COST AGAIN. That ring showed up a size up from the very first, and it was an identical size. I gave up. They are horrible people.

Do not trust them. It took me years to feel comfortable throwing this edited review up with the idea that they would not threaten me again. Run. "

"This company did all they could to keep the funds without providing the product. They claimed backordered, promised shipment then changed my address on the account to a non-existent location. Claimed it was then refunded when it was not etc... almost 3 month ordeal with over a dozen contacts and emails all filled with numerous obviously false statements.

Tip for consumers:
There is a difference between shipping issues and unethical business practices. They took the funds from account, then later admitted they did not have the ring in stock. They then changed my address to claim it was mis-shipped then changed it back. Refused to cancel order, then claimed it was cancelled and the funds were already in account. Over 2 weeks later and no funds returned."

"Have ordered this 2nd week Of December and requested to be delivered before Christmas. Delivery update was stuck at 15 December whilst Tungsten Fashion has asked to let them know how the ring is, received the ring today 19/01/2023..this is a lie...

"Ordered online and it said ifnyou order by 3pm you'll have it Tuesday. Wednesday I called cause it didn't come and they said it'll be delivered tomorrow, Thursday. Thursday I call when not received and was assured it'll be here Friday. Called Friday still not received and was told they don't guarantee delivery times. Totally lied, deceived and took advantage, and after checking there are many such reviews. Pay a couple dollars more elsewhere. You may actually get what you buy."

"I purchased a ring that I later found on Amazon for less than a quarter of the price. I looked up other items from their site to find them much cheaper on other sites as well. I ordered a 10 and didn't realize when they sent the confirmation that it was changed to a 9. They refused the return or exchange of the ring but offered the same ring at half the price of the first; the ring still would have cost well over the price I found it on another site. I paid 30 extra dollars to have it shipped fast and it still took 2 weeks to arrive. Not sure how long lasting the ring is as my son has not been able to wear it. It appears to be a nice looking ring but that is all I can really give regarding the ring itself. I don't recommend purchasing from this company. "

"Ordered a ring on Monday and received it within 3 days to California. Ring arrived with a nice black box to present to my bf. Had the ring engraved, came out super clear and looked very nice. Easy shopping experience and will be back."

"The absolute worst. I saw the reviews both positive and negative and figured I would give them a chance. Now I know the positive reviews must be purchased cause I doubt anyone that actually bought something from these people had a positive experience. They show the ring and size I want as “in stock.” I order it, they get my money, I hear nothing for 2 weeks. I email them twice, no response. I threaten to file a case with PayPal and they finally respond telling me my ring is shipping in a couple days. That day comes and goes I say, hey why haven’t I gotten a tracking number. Then they respond and say my shipment is coming and I get a “tracking number originated” email. It sits there for 4 weeks, they never shipped it. I email them again multiple times, they finally respond with excuses of course, not any reason why they were doing nothing about my order for 6 weeks. I give them more time, email them again, more excuses, oh it will ship next week. So I tell them if I don’t see it ship next week I’m filing a claim with PayPal since it’s been two months. Then they cancel my order. Well I guess that answers my question they had no intention of shipping it. Total scam job."

"I asked if they could make a custom ring and D***** (customer service) said yes. I paid a premium price and was sent a standard item that cost half the price and the size wasn't even correct.
I sent it back and it took me a whole month of chasing up to get reimbursed for shipping. After 50 emails back and forth over 5 months, I have not received my order and Damien is not responding.
The tracking numbers they give have no name/address and stops updating after it leaves the shipping facility. I was following a false tracking number for a month and after chasing up again, I was given a second tracking number which was probably fake as well. They could give the same tracking number to multiple customers within a certain time frame of making a purchase and nobody would know.
Don't be fooled by D****** politeness."
