"I ordered my fiance's wedding band from Tungsten Republic. Took a little longer than I wished but the ring finally arrived. I was sadly disappointed at the quality of the ring. The inlay had a big glue line and was very noticeable. I was unable to call customer service because it is an international number and their email for "loyal customers" came back as unreachable. I was finally able to track down a good email and was met with very rude customer service. They will not honor the 100% satisfaction guarantee policy and said I would have to pay to ship it back AND they would take $25 out of my refund on top of that since that's what they spent to ship it to me. I spent $119 on the ring. Inside the package was a slip from customs saying the real value of the ring was $12!!! I believe that because it looks cheap. So now I paid $119 for a $12 ring I cannot return even though they claim they want all customers 100% satisfied...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TUNGSTEN REPUBLIC!!!!!"
"I ordered a pair of rings for me and my husband.
We wanted to have tungsten rings but couldn't find much selection in local jewelry stores.
I usually don't prefer to order jewelry online, but there was no choice.
The rings arrived in about 2 weeks, but we figured out that my husband's ring was slightly smaller than the size we ordered and didn't fit on his fingure.
I have contacted the customer service, then Tungsten Republic immediately place an order for a replacement to the factory.
Now we got a replacement ring and enjoy wearing the rings.
The vendor is located in Hong Kong so I was worrying about any extra shipping charge for a replacement or delay in response, but the customer service is very responsive.
I also had a bit trouble receiving my package and asking the customer service for a description of package.
Amazingly they had a picture of my package, so it helped me a lot for searching it.
(BTW, the package was in my apartment manager's office, and they couldn't locate it when I asked)
The support from the customer service was excellent, and the quality of the product is good.
