"Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service!!! I placed an order for several items and it arrived with the wrong colored pair of gloves. I contacted them by email (they don't even HAVE a phone # which makes things 10x harder!) and I was told to print the shipping label provided to me (NOT prepaid) and while they usually charge a $7 return shipping fee, if I wrote on the box that it was their error I wouldn't be charged. In the meantime they had an online sale and I wanted to order two coats since the initial one I ordered was too big. The price listed DID NOT match the price at checkout, so I tried 3x to email the company about this issue. They conveniently waited until 6 hours AFTER the sale ended to reply to me and told me there was nothing they could do - basically, too bad we don't care. I emailed again saying I was disappointed in their response (I included screenshots of the issue from my phone) and never received a response. After emailing 2 more times I got "the promotion has ended - what do you expect us to do?" REALLY PROFESSIONAL!!! Two weeks after my return had been delivered to their door (yes I tracked it!) I STILL hadn't been credited for it, so I emailed AGAIN. I got a "wait another 5-10 business days" response. About 2 weeks after THAT I received my credit MINUS the $7 return shipping fee I was old I would NOT have to pay... another email later... they answered that I "had shipped back multiple items so that voided the free return shipping aspect as that was only for the incorrect item" (even though they were all shipped together in one box from them!) I WILL NEVER EVER EVER PURCHASE ANY TULLE PRODUCT AGAIN and quite frankly, hope they go out of business in the very near future!! if I could give them NEGATIVE stars I would!!"
