"After much research we chose the Alpha RTT along with an annex room. Big catch here is that we are in Canada and there are no dealers here or shipping to Canada. We found a used Alpha RTT locally and had the annex room shipped to our friends in Washington. When I have contacted Overland they are very responsive and willing to provide advice and guidance via text messaging.

From my limited experience so far is the basis for this rating. I anticipate once I am all set up and camping I will be very satisfied. In the future I will only shop domestically. While the product is great I am very limited and restricted on the service and support end of things. "

My originals have worn out after 8 years, and I can’t find good heavy duty straps. All of their products are top notch, the tent is still perfect after 8 years of heavy use."
