"Don't buy from Tuccini. Purchased through Amazon, what I received from them as 80% Ciara had no more fragrance and lasting scent than tea. The best CS had to offer was for me to pay for additional return and replacement shipping as needed based on "their analysis", and they requested access to my charge card for billing of costs: i.e. pay for the product twice. I've used all Ciara products for nearly 40 years, lotion, powder, 200%, 100%, 80%... I know Ciara. Check the vendor that you buy from. There are reputable vendors offering Ciara in 100% and 80% for a reasonable price, free ship and satisfaction guaranteed."
"I ordered two bottles of Wings fragrance from Tuccini and received something that was no stronger than water. When I called the company to state my complaint, I was told that they could not refund any "opened" products. I asked to speak with the owner to advise him that he is selling inferior products, but I was told that he was busy. I called three more times and was give the same response. I think it's important to note that not only does this company sell defunct products, but to add insult to injury, they have no concern for their patrons"
"What the other reviewer said about the customer service is true, especially the supervisor/manager who is not keen in helping. They won't let you cancel your order and they will still ship it and charge you even if you already talked to them via phone. Heck they even made me call long distance to England because the supervisor said I made the purchase using a coupon from one of their affiliates based there and it's the affiliate who has to cancel the order not me. I told them that doesn't make sense as I am the buyer but I proceeded to contact the affiliate anyhow who only confirmed what I said to Tuccini.
So my advice is to stay away from this company. They will try to rip you in any way they can. "
"I ordered Azzaro Eau De Toilette Spray 3.4 Ounces and received the shipment within 3 days. Apart from deliberate surface etching to the bottle, (apparently to remove writing) the product was delivered as advertised. Although I did not use customer service, this time, customer service is a big consideration for me; had I known about the complaint, I may not have ordered from Tuccini. "
"Keep away from Tuccini. They will rip off your money. and their customer service is terrible.
I went through Microsoft Live Cashback program to place an order from Tuccini, but the cashback didn't show in my live cashback account, so I call Tuccini and asked them to check if this order is eligible for the cashback.
The customer representative was very rude. he said he do not know if this order is eligible. Then I asked him to cancel this order. They he said he cannot cancel it.
How rediculous was it! I suspect they are attracting customers using a high cashback ratio. After you place an order, they will tell you that you are NOT eligible for the cashback somehow, hereby rip off your money."
