"With also having previous experience with this store, I bought VideoCopilot's Element 3D (the full package) for nearly $100 less than the retail price at this store. Keep in mind that this is just a couple days after the plugin was even released, so it was a fantastic deal.

I had trouble accessing the download link, but customer service was very helpful. While I highly doubt it's par for the course, they ended up giving me a few extra (VERY valuable) packages for free! Admittedly, it was frustrating having to wait the several hours to access a supposedly immediate download (that I needed for a job immediately, hence the docked star), but they more than made up for the inconvenience.

This is a great store and I would highly recommend them!"
