LIES over months

" On Sunday, September 29, I placed an order for the Drinkwell Platinum Pet Fountain + Free 3 Replacement Filters from you web site. The advertisement for the item is attached in PDF.
In the following weeks, I check the order on you web site and it always said shipping status is pending on Order #6072. Even when I called, they told me that I should receive it in 4 days. 4 day passed, and I called again they told me that I should receive it in 4 days. This happened the 4 times I have called and very time I called you, your web site always said shipping status is pending on order #6072.
The last time I called I received the same story. I call my credit card company and cancelled the transaction.
On Friday, October 18 it was finally delivered, 3 weeks after I ordered the product. However, it was without the Free 3 Replacement Filters which was on your web site which the ad is attached

"I was so excited when I finally found a globe bar as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. We put it together and 6-7 pieces were missing. I called and emailed the 1-888 number and the manager for weeks before someone finally got back to me. I explained to the manager to contact me via email as I had a very small cell phone plan and no home phone. He ignored my request. Continued to call me and leave messages. I received a message stating that he did not have time to deal with my request to replace the missing pieces because he was busy with black Friday. So he was telling me that only new customers meant something but existing customers meant nothing. The glove bar was over 300$. I finally decided to use my bfs cell phone and call him and he told me he would send the missing pieces out. It's been weeks now and nothing. I read a lot of bad reviews about tsc shops and didn't want to believe them and wholesale or not I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. The manager treated me like I didn't matter and when I was talking to him on the phone hr kept cutting me off. As far as I am concerned if you already are a customer you should mean the same if not more to a company. They just brushed me under the rug and moved on. This place doesn't care at all about the products they sell or the customers they serve. I even tried to contact merske.com the manufacturer and never heard back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TSCSHOPS.COM. IF YOU LOOK HARD ENOUGH YOULL FIND IT ELSEWHERE. TRUST ME. I too ignored the bad reviews. Don't you do the same. "

"BEWARE - This website has very unscrupulous practices. DO NOT FALL PREY TO THEM. I ordered a swing set from them on Tuesday 5/26/15, The website was unclear about exact delivery date, so I called them the very next day to find out when it could be delivered. They said it would take about 2 weeks to even find out the delivery date from the warehouse. This was too late for me, and I also decided I did not want this particularly swing set, so I called them back the same day (Wednesday) to cancel the order. There was no reply. I emailed them to cancel the order and received an automated reply that my request was being reviewed. I asked for confirmation of cancellation daily via email but received none. I called several times but most of the time call was sent to voicemail. I finally got to talk to someone who said they would send the request to the warehouse to cancel. The following Monday I received an email from them that the order had already shipped out on Friday, TWO DAYS after I had requested it be cancelled. I emailed them back that this is unacceptable and I will not accept the delivery of this order. I have not heard back from them since. They have not returned any of my phone calls. I am pretty sure they are screening my calls, and deliberately delayed sending the cancellation request to the warehouse so they wouldn't have to cancel the order. I have since contacted my credit card company to stop the transaction. Please, please, please do not order from them. They have very shady tactics, virtually non-existent customer service and are only there to get their hands on your money. It will be a nightmare cancelling an order once you place it."

"Don't order from these people!! I placed an order on 3/2/15. 3 weeks went by without the light, so I called. They hadn't even processed my order. When they did finally send it out, it was shipped to my billing address instead of my shipping even though I had double verified that with the receptionist (they only have one stupid lady working for them and the voicemail states they have many departments...not the case). So I call to request my shipping be reimbursed so I can send it to the correct address and the lady tells me their shipping department has gone home for the day but she will call me in the morning. She never calls, so I call her back at noon. She claims she is currently working on it and puts me on hold. I hang up after 30 minutes! I called back but am forced to leave a voice message. So I go online to try and chat with a rep. Their online chat is unresponsive. Now I've sent an email. All this for a shipping label...really?"

"I purchased an item from TSC Shops on on Nov. 29, 2014 for $49.95. My paypal account was charged immediately that same day. I did not receive an email confirmation, receipt, expected shipping date/arrival or tracking number from TSC Shops. After a week passed without any information from TSC Shops about my order, I sent an email to request an update. When I didn't receive any response to my email, I sent another follow-up email on 12/12/2014. On 12/13/2014, I received a reply stating only that my email request was forwarded to their warehouse for an update. I never received a response form TSC Shops warehouse, so I called their customer service number on 12/17 and 12/18/2014. Both times I was directed to their voicemail. I left 2 vmail messages explaining my issue. My call was never returned. I sent another email on 12/18/14 to a different customer service representative listed on paypals website. This time I received a response stating that the item I ordered was on hold. TSC Shops said they expected the item maybe next week but could not provide any confirmation as to how long the delay would be or provide me with a receipt for my purchase. In an email on 12/18, the TSC Shops asked if I wanted wait or cancel the order. I replied that I would like to cancel the order and have my paypal account credited. I never received a response to this request and my account has not been credited. After requesting to cancel the order with TSC Shops, I ordered the same product from another company. When I still didn't get a credit to my account I contacted them again and they told me they already shipped the item several days ago.... I still hadn't received a tracking number and I was at that time out of town and unable to pick up the delivery. I have requested that they send me a prepaid return shipping slip and credit the account. Still no word back from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDER!! I will probably need to go through the Better Business Bureau to get a refund. "
