"When shopping I have choosen euro version for each collar - totally + 60$
For me this price difference was accepted meaning that I would not have to buy special chineese adaptors and my dogtra products will be fully fitting for euro electrical standards including euro charging adaptor!

I was really upset opening received box at the post office and feeling myself cheated. I really appreciate that your company concerns about customers from europe offering such adaptors, but than you should have any information on your web on that.

So now I have 2 dogtra collars with US recharging adaptors instead of REAL euro version and 2 chineese plastic things for 60$!!! and even those are of bad quality. If information on web woud not be so cheatful, I could choose US version, buy better things in Russia for 10$ both!!! and safe 50$

After lots of e-mails with Customer Service received just one word of sorry among silence and Ignore. They do not accept this issue as their fault, do not want to give money back, just saying: "We are sorry to inform you that this is how we sell our EURO kits. Dogtra no longer sells chargers like the one you showed. We only offer the adapter and the US charger." Than there MUST be any information like that for Customers clicking "Euro version +30$". But there is NO!

Be careful, cheating and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
