"ordered on black friday, was given a tracking number after a week, however the tracking number didn't work at all. After another week i emailed them and was told it would work by the end of the week and they would contact UPS and update me.

After a little over another week they didn't contact me at all and it still didn't work and i emailed them again. They just kept giving me the run around of how they shipped it and it's on its way and they can't do anything about it. It's now been 5 weeks and the tracking JUST updated to say the label has been created

customer service just gives you the run around, they don't care about you after you'd handed over your money!

"I previously wrote a negative review, however I jumped the gun. I had an issue receiving my order, and it was held up again due to weather.

However the original issue was not True Nutritions fault at all. There was a mixup and FedEx was the issue. I am assuming because of the fires in CA.

Long story short, the sent the order the day it was placed, the day i notified them it hadn't arrived, they expedited a new order via UPS. It also got delayed because of snow/icey conditions.

In conclusion, both orders arrived, I notified them and said I was sincerely apologetic for my rudeness, and they told me to keep both packages.

That is one hell of a customer oriented company!

True Nutrition has won me over, and I feel like a ****, as I was!

Order from them, they are a great company!!

"I ordered only twice from this company and each time there was a problem with my order. The first time, an item was missing and had to be shipped later. The second time I received somebody else’s order entirely. Wtffff. I’m ordering from amazon from now on. I called TN customer service for a refund but they wouldn’t give unless I sent the other persons order back. I was only in town for two days before traveling for work and they were trying to send me a shipping label and I just wanted to get everything done before leaving town. Total disaster - never had something like this happen with any other company. Won’t be trying TN for a third time. Maybe seeing this review will get them to do something for me customer service wise, like give me the refund I asked for"

"Ordered one whey protein product with flavors added that was entirely adequate (not great). Next order, I decided to go with the unflavored whey protein (what many brands call natural), so I could add my own flavorings and control the intensity of flavor better. The product should have had a "mild milky flavor." I did NOT order any of the types of protein listed that stated they would taste bitter. I ordered two pounds, used 2 scoops in a shake and threw the rest in the trash. The product truly tasted both bitter and somewhat rancid - like it had gone bad before it got to me. Either I was sold an inferior product, or the TN folks put the wrong protein in my order. Despite the fact that the product was unusable, TN does NOT offer any type of refund - even though I did not order a customized product and the product was not as advertised. According to them, the fact that I opened and tried it means they can't refund my money. I have purchased similar products from both GNC and Vitamin Shoppe and if the product is terrible they will typically at least exchange it for something else. Caveat emptor..."

"Now is TrueNutrition.com. Great supplement shop. I buy my protein supplements from them. I have allergies to whey/dairy proteins, and they have excellent quality pea, rice, soy, and hemp proteins at the cheapest prices around (and have recently added potato protein.) I ordered on Saturday night, it was shipped on Monday. Initially I had questions about digestion rates of these proteins, and the gentleman on the phone offered very knowledgeable outstanding assistance.
