"I was a little leary about ordering from them because I could not find much information anywhere on their company. I called and spoke with a customer service representative and explained my concerns. Just being able to talk to a "live person" helped to ease my mind a little bit.

I went ahead and ordered a new TV and the representative let me go ahead and order it over the telephone. He told me that it would take 7-10 days for delivery.

I was quite suprised when I got my order this last Tuesday, the 23th as it had only been 5 days. I called to express my thanks and was informed that the representative had upgraded my shipping, at no additional cost, so that I could get my order quicker and relieve my concerns.

KUDOS to an excellent job and I will be back!
