I am an east coast boater and purchased Fleetguard lubricating filters and fuel filters for my Cummins marine diesel engines. The same filters purchased at a local marina in the past were much more expensive. I'm glad I found these folks on the web. The order was shipped and received as promised so no complaints there. The order was over $50.00 so shipping was free. Another good feature of the TruckHelp site. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I thought there would be an automatic email message to confirm the web order was received and the product had shipped. I didn't receive a message so I called after three days. The custoomer service rep was very helpful, was able to locate my order information immediately and confirmed it had shipped the day after the order was received. All information was totally accurate and the package was received on the date he informed me it should arrive. First rate response."
