"Fast processing and shipping goes unnoticed. My family and I have ordered many items from this website over the years and it is always 2 to 3 days and the package is at my front door. "Ordered a Warn Winch which came to me damaged. Looks like the shipping company took a bite out of the box. I filled out the return form and received a kind note from Randy Foley. Sure enough, a week later, a new winch was on my front door and a prepaid return label was in my email to get the damaged one back to them. A very easy process and a pleasure to deal with."

"TruckAddOns.com Worst of the Worst! Sent the wrong part, didn't want to take the part back, that they recommended. Eventually took it back and still I had to pay for return shipping. Then denied receiving the part. Never got the right part out over $80. Save yourself some time money and aggravation and go elsewhere. Customer service is horrible."

" I ordered some fenderflares for a chevy truck, when i received them the was the wrong part. Trailblazers shipped them back and the company said they was damaged and will not return money. randy foley is the such an ass i have never been talked so badly in my life. They never answer the phone and hes the ruddest guy ever. still waiting on the correct flares or money back. Never buy from these guys and read the BBB. "

"On Nov 13th, I placed order P0098719 with TruckAddons. I received a confirmation email on Nov 18th, 2011. Six items were on the order, including a pair LED tail
lights listed at 196.22 USD.

My credit card was charged for the order. On Dec 13th, I received a notification that one item in my order had shipped(hitch cover light). On
December 24th, I received another notification that another item had shipped(mud flaps). This was all the correspondence that was received.

I eventually received all
the items on the order except the LED tail lights. On December 22nd I called the contact number for TruckAddons. I spoke with Wesley, who did not know the status of
the balance of my order, but committed to followup with the manufacturer.

On December 29th, I called Wesley to follow up, as I still had not received any
correspondence. Again, some time passed with no further correspondence. January 3rd, I called Wesley, and left a message. My call was not returned. I called back
and asked for the customer service manager, and the response was that the manager was on lunch, and that I should call back at a later date.

January 6th, I called to
follow up, and spoke with Rosa. Rosa told me that the item had in fact shipped and the shipment had been refused, but no further details were available. She
transferred me to Randy, who gave the tracking number for my order.

Randy then dismissed my concerns and explained that the item was on the way. I inquired as to
the whereabouts of my item and asked the reason for the previous lack of information. Randy indicated that my shipment was somewhere between Kentucky and
Paisley Ontario, and that it should be arriving any day. I requested a refund. The response was that a refund would be provided once the item was shipped back to the
manufacturer.

I stated my discontent and mentioned that I had paid shipping insurance on my order, and suggested that the insurance charge should cover the cost of
the lost item. Randy reiterated that there was nothing more that he could do for me.

Attached is the report submitted to Better Business Bureau, as well as a link that should have influenced my retail decision.

"i recently purchased Ballastic Havoc rims and a black Chevy Emblem from them for a total for about $500. i made the mistake of not looking at reviews of the site until after purchasing them and to say the least i got very nervous about the site. right after i made my order i got to emails saying my order went through and they seemed very friendly and pretty professional. they said the would send me an email when my order was shipped out. about 6-7 days went by and i never got an email so i called them. on the phone they were very nice and straight to the point. but they sent me to the shipping department where disappointingly they told me that my order was on a 60 day backorder, i was pretty mad that i was not notified of this when i purchased my order or at least with the next 6-7 days of my order going through. so i ended up going online to their website and canceling my order and they didnt charge me any fees. other than them not telling me about my order being on backorder i was satisfied with my experience. prices were very good as well and shipping costs were reasonable."

"I purchased a Tonneau Cover on on 3/2, called to check the status of the order on 4/3. The customer service rep said it was on backorder, so I cancelled the order. On 4/12 the item showed up at the house and my card had been charged. I called Truckaddons again and told them I cancelled the order on 4/3, the response was "ya, what's the problem". The problem was I cancelled it and you shipped it anyway. Randy Foley, the Returns Manager (who was rude and very obnoxious) said "if you don't want it, pay to ship it back and we'll refund you the purchase price" No way, I cancelled this order prior to it leaving your warehouse and had the email confirmation to prove it. After arguing with their returns manager for 20mins, he finally did what was right and issued an RGA number so it could be returned at their expense, because after all it was their mistake. Bottom line is Truckaddons customer service was sub par at best, I would not recommend doing business with them. I sure won't!"

"I too was suckered by TruckAddons.com. This company had a free gift offer with a purchase of a TonnoPro Bed Cover that I purchased. I ordered it on Jan 6th and had not received my item by the 20th so I called them to find out the status of the order and why I have not received it yet. The companies response was it was going to be shipped from the manufacturer. The next day (Jan 21st)I received an email that my item was being shipped out. I NEVER received any emails pertaining to a delayed or back ordered item. My item was received on the 23rd and the free gift was not with the item. I again contacted them via email asking where my free item was and that the reason I had chose their website was for that specific free item, as I had seen other sites with different free gifts (ex. Spotlight). I never received any response from TruckAddons.com.

I have purchased from several websites. In my opinion Truckaddons.com is by far the worse in ALL forms of communications. I never received any information of the status of my delayed item, I didn't receive the free item offered, and I am not impressed with their customer services what so ever.

This company is getting 1 star because I cant rate them any less.

"Worst on-line shopping experience ever. I ordered a bug shield by entering specific vehicle information, 1992 full-size pick-up. I received a bug shield for the mid-size S-10...obviously to me THEIR mistake. I returned it via UPS and asked for a refund. The part was received and signed for at their return shipping location. After three weeks no refund. When I contacted their return manager, Randy Foley, he asked for the UPS tracking number, which I provided. He then informed me that they would be shipping a replacement. That was NEVER what I wanted, I was able to find the correct bug shield locally, AND at a better price. Lesson learned there about internet price comparison. I talked to a Teresa about the problem, who left a message informing me there would be a 20% restocking fee for the exchange bug shield. WHAT! I NEVER wanted an exchange and now you want 20%? I am now disputing this with my credit card company, to which I expect full satisfaction. Worst customer service ever. They made the mistake, cost me $20.73 to return, and now they want to keep another 20% for an exchange I never wanted."

"Ordered a Hypertech Speedometer Calibrator from TruckAddOns and received excellent customer service during the order. However......

It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my order. I decided to call today just to check the status and the rep rudely said it's because Hypertech is closed until Jan. 3rd. (Like I was supposed to know that.)

Since I haven't been charged for the part yet, I wanted to see if I can get the 10% off promo they are advertising. I started by saying, "I noticed I haven't been charged for the part yet...." and he interrupted with "That's cause the part hasn't been shipped!" When he finally made me finish, he said "No, you can't. If you click on the promo, you'll see that Hypertech is excluded from it." Wow... they must be doing real well to think they can talk to their customers like they're idiots.

They are only nice when you place the order. If you need any help after that, be expecting HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I will never order from truckaddons again, nor would I ever recommend them.

"Horrible experience! I ordered a hypertech speedometer calibrator 25 days ago and still can't find out if it even shipped yet. I have called a couple of times and found out nothing. I emailed one of their vice presidents Bobby Chestnut, who did call me back but was rude. He told me that he listened to all of my previous calls as they record them, and basically told me that I lied about what happened. Also, guess what.... he couldn't tell me if the item had shipped or not!! All I want to do at this point is cancel the order but I can't since they don't know if it has shipped. If I could do it all over again, I would pay more money to buy from a legit company. Here is that guys email address if you have problems. ****@****"
