I had visited the website and failed to print my discount code before navigating to a new window. I called and spoke with Casey and provided the code to me so that I could purchase my CO monitor at the more favorable price! What a kind man!
The device was shipped promptly USPS tracking. USPS failed to tract the item and TruTech promised to send a replacement if there was no tracking by today. However, the package was delivered today (without USPS updating the tracking information).
