"Very Bad Company - I saw on there website a Olympus D550 on sale. It was alot lower then anywhere around. I called and ordered it. I was kinda harasses about buying extra warrantys but didnt buy them. I was told it would ship out asap. A week went by and no word. I called up again and they said they had the order laying around but didnt get around to processing it. They said if I wanted it they would ship it out today. I said yes. They asked about extra stuff to go along with it but I said "no just the camera". Another week went by and I called up. I was on the phone for about 20 minutes and ended up in the shipping department. It was 6:50pm and I was told I would have to wait till 7pm because he was leaving soon and didnt want to get held up. I did wait and at 7pm they hung up on me. I called up next day and was on the phone for about 30 minutes. Finally they told me they still never processed the order. I said "please cancel it". They yelled a cancel # at me and hung up on me.
As far as I can tell this company sells there products at cost and make money on shipping costs and extra warrantys. "

"Scam artists. Purchase online and watch. They will call you and if they can't make enough money on you from the sell they will try to force you to buy other items and then tell you the original item is out of stock. Also there Shipping is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Also they are very rude. I warned you, don't buy from this place."
