" I ordered a triumph motorcycle Comfort rider seat and pillion seat from Pandora when both of these items were on national backorder in the United States. The company immediately reached out and said that it would take 4 to 8 weeks to get the items from the United Kingdom. In about two weeks I was happy to find out they were shipping the pillion seat and about a week later I received the rider seat. Both items are great and Pandora’s service was great. Their prices are competitive and their communication was exemplary. More companies should act this way.
