"I ordered a new remote to replace a lost one for my Sharp projector. Tritronics had the item in stock, and it was delivered 6 days later. It would have probably been delivered quicker than that, but it was shipped just before the Thanksgiving holiday. The remote is exactly the same as the original and working perfectly."
