"I purchased a brand new printer from this company on amazon. after I received the item, I opened the box and I saw that there is an old and used printer in the box. immediately, I put the printer back in the original box and returned it to the seller. they responded back that the printer was new when they shipped it and it is not their printer and accused me of changing the new printer with an old one; therefore, they denied refund or sending a replacement.
ADVISE TO ALL PURCHASER, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THE COMPANY IS SCAM.
Unfortunately, I did not check the company's rating, otherwise, I would never, ever buy anything from them. I see that they have done this to the other buyers.

"I bought a monitor from this company on Amazon, and had to return it (wrong monitor), They held back my refund (I only received the tax, losing 90% of my money). Their explanation? They claimed that I returned a different model and Serial# and thus refunded zero to me. A claim so false it is in fact not possible, as I did not / do not HAVE the same model monitor to even try that. I took it out of the box and same day put the (same) monitor back in the box and paid (postage out of pocket) to return it to them. Weeks go by, no refund, and then when I inquire with Amazon they reply with the above fiction. This amounts to theft by them upon me. Used my bosses credit card to buy this monitor and now I am on the hook for it as they scammed me out of 90% of my money, and they have the (new, correct & original) monitor I returned to re-sell to some other unsuspecting dupe. So buyer beware. Awful awful seller."
"I order an item on eBay which happened to come from this business. I received it in a flimsy weak box which was apparently crushed during shipping damaging my item. The box was not only inappropriate for shipping this item but they did not put a “fragile” label on the box. When I contacted them with my concerns they gave their canned answer. When I replied back I could tell they never understood or read my reply and gave me the canned answer again. This went on two more times. They don’t know how to ship items and don’t know how to communicate with customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Unbelievable that every review on here is the minimum one atar!"

The item was received by the company, but they refused to issue a refund and kept my item. This coffee pot was $283. They claimed the item I returned was not the original item. TOTAL SCAM. Read the other reviews, there is a pattern and customer service doesn't exist. "
"I ordered a monitor on amazon, the item arrived broken. I requested a return label for the item, they didn't provide the return label. I requested it again, still no label. Upon requesting a label a third time they told me I was outside of their 30 day return window. I saved up for months for that monitor, around $700.00, and they won't let me return the broken item.
I attempted to file an a to z claim trough amazon, and that keeps getting denied. I've been fighting this for months. "

"Blatantly dishonest - I purchased this as a present for my nephew, and it never arrived. Their courier (DHL) delivered the package to the wrong address, and confirmed this to me in writing - triplenet pricing then ignored this confirmation l, despite me explaining several times, sticking with the initial delivery ‘confirmation’ - so though their customer is clearly out of pocket, they do not seem to care, have repeatedly refused to provide me a direct email, or a direct number to call. They’ve basically kept my money and not delivered."
"I ordered a product on December 20th, 2021 through Walmart.ca Marketplace. It was supposed to be coming from Kenora, Ontario to BC. I finally raised heck yesterday, Jan 12th, 2022 as the tracking number wasn't giving me sh@t. All of a sudden, it's just leaving Mississauga? When I asked for a refund, they said they can't do it while the package is in transit. I think the company waited till I raised heck before releasing the package to Canada Post. I'll have to wait until whenever to find out if it's even enroute. I'll NEVER deal with Walmart "marketplace" again. Walmart asked me to post a review on their website. When I posted a one star review they rejected it, saying "This review falls outside of our content guidelines and won’t be posted..." Hey. wouldn't want everybody to know the site is a scam..."
"I've been waiting over 3 weeks for a ceramic heater through Walmart, and Canada post said Triple net only sent it yesterday( jan.5 2022 after holding it for 3 weeks)? and I ordered it on Dec.15 2021. The customer service tracking rep for Canada post said something like; " it appears that the package is "losing'?? and it is being sent across the country? Now I have to wait for an e-mail from Triple net, and apparently will take another 2 weeks but no guarantee on that date. I'm thinking I'm being scammed also. I won't order anything from this company ever again."
