"I have had a very bad experience with Trioffer. I purchased a Redsun RP2100 radio from them in December 2011. I wanted to pay by Paypal but they told me that their Paypal and Visa payments were closed until after their Spring Festival and I would have to pay by Western Union. Because they seemed like a large reputable company, I did send them the $136US requested against my better judgement. I was very disappointed with the product when I received it. Unlike the photo on their website, all the characters on the radio including the LCD screen and instructions were in Chinese - no English. I have tried to contact them by email on at least 3 occasions without a response. No after-sale service to speak of. Please be careful when you purchase from this company."

"I bought an item that costs US$61.99 and they sent me another one that costs US$21.99 and is completely useless for my needs. There was no support from them. They just replied me saying that I got what I paid for."
