Thank you. I have to say I'm impressed at your customer service. I've been
in retail for some 40 years and don't see very much customer service any
longer. Seems it only occurs to most employers to add customer service when
everything else on the playing field is equal and that's the only way to
give them an edge.
Regardless of the availability of the springs, I'll still purchase the
trimmers from you.
Awaiting the invoice, will pay it upon receipt.
