"I purchased a laser hair removal appliance from Tria Beauty. a week after I ordered it they put it on sale for 25% off. I had not even received it yet and asked how I could get the discount. They told me that their finance department had not set it up to allow previous orders to benefit from the sale. I would have had to buy ANOTHER unit, pay $25 dollars shipping AGAIN, and send my previous order back. Not at all customer-friendly."
