"I ordered a Life Size Exorist Regan Doll back on August 11, 2019. Charged my credit card $228.00. Still have not received my item. In the beginning a man answered the phone and said it was damaged by the post office and another would be shipped out. Now they want answer emails are calls. When I call it says the mailbox is full. Here it is almost 11 months and still no doll. Just made a report to the BBB about this situation. Do not order from this company!"
"Purchased a product from them August 22, sent them a email September 21 to see when they are sending it- no response. Sent another email October 1-no response so I opened a case with PayPal to request my money back and then they decided to ship it October 3. That’s almost 7 weeks to get anything from them and I probably would have not gotten that if I didn’t open a claim, stay away from this useless company "
"I ordered a Halloween garage door decoration of teeth coming together and opening when you opened the door the cost was $4.95. I sent a message asking when can I expect it to be delivered. Next thing I know I received an email saying they were refunding me my money. No explanation given what so ever. I didn’t want a refund I wanted the item. I sent a message again and said I don’t want the refund I want the decal. No response. I did receive the refund yesterday but never a response from them as to why I would not be receiving my order.
I did some research to see where else could I buy this item only to find out the one I picked cost $234.00. I feel this is false advertisement. They say one price and don’t delivered. This company is very deceiving.

"After ordering an item from LED Chrtismas Lighting/Tri North Lighing (same company) I never received the item. After ordering they immediately charged my credit card but never sent shipping information. Clearly with no intent to ever send the item either. After multiple emails to them and phone calls (to which they received no response/answer) I am now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company."
"I received my order and the item looked very different than the photo on their website. I contacted the customer service twice by email explaining the situation and asked what they could do about it, but they never get back to me. Because they sent me the wrong item, I think they should take care of the shipping fee for the return, so I asked them for it, but no answer. It is not an expensive product, so if I pay the shipping fee to return and 25% for processing fee (the website says they would take this fee before refunding money), with the shipping fee I paid when ordered the item, I would be paying more money than the price of the product to return it. I am stuck with the item, which I will never use. Total waste of money! "
"Sent the wrong color lighting set and refused to refund or replace with the right one. Was rude in email replies and took very long to get back to me. The item I was given was cheaply made compared to what I ordered. The lights turned out yellow, not white light I ordered. Had to order from another place and trashed what they sent me, as it did not match my older set. Don't order from this place move on. Go with a place like Novelty Lights Inc."
