"Bought 2 cases Item #: 563939, each weighing a good 15lbs or so. All other stores had each case listed at $47+ PLUS about $20-30 to ship 2 cases. In my search to find a good price on the case AND on the shipping, I found Tritech who offered the case at $46.20 AND.. $8.95 TOTAL shipping for BOTH cases that weighed 30lbs collectively!! Truly a bargain.
Two things disappointed me, however.. one case arrived with the bottom flap opened--it wasn't taped well at all (may not be tritech's fault as the case was shipped in the mfr's box--no damage nonetheless. Second, their order status page did update quickly and I was able to check delivery status, they did not provide a tracking #, nor would they respond to my email request for a tracking #."
"Ordered a motherboard that was not in stock. No way to tell from their web site when you are placing order. When I called check when it would be available, I was trasfered to voice mail that promissed a call back in 1 hour. Got no call back so I called in again to cancel the order. This time I got a person who very politely took my cancelation request. Feels like a "mom and pop" shop. I wish I could have avoided the hassel, though."
"I have now made a few orders from TriTech and have been very happy. My ordered items arrive quickly. They have several shipping warehouses around the US. One of my orders shipped from a warehouse only about three hours away and even though I picked UPS ground for the shipping, I received the item the very next day. I have no problem talking to real people if I call them on the phone. And they have a wide selection of items in stock. I'm very happy with TriTech."
"ordered 2 - 10 count packs Mutant Mod Skull Thumbscrews. They had the best price so I took a chance. They Sent then in the time stated. The box was big for sucjh small contents but ok better protected I guess. A pleasure doing business with."
