"I ordered on December 26 and my credit card was charged on December 28th. I tried to call TriState for an hour on December 29th but no one would answer. After looking at some reviews on line I got concerned about my order. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge.
On December 31 I got an email saying my order had been shipped. I received my order on January 3. My item looked fine so I called my credit card company and cancelled my dispute."

The camera is new, in the original box, had a zero shutter count and had all the accessories."

"Purchased a special edition (SE) lens from TriState. TriState called several days later saying the lens was on backorder and offered the standard lens instead. The agent suggested the standard lens was typically selling for more than the SE and possibly a higher image quality. I found that Nikon has a higher price for the SE version so question what I was told. While I would have preferred the SE lens I accepted the switch anticipating a quicker ship date. A week after purchase and still no shipping info. Just my experience so far."
