They have not paid and are no longer responding to emails sent to either the support@ email address or "Craig" who was previously responding directly. They are clearly a scam organization, and I will be filing criminal charges. Send your electronics elsewhere."

"I received one of the periodic emails I receive from Triphonia. This one offered an additional $10, so I agreed to sell my iPhone 5. A few days later I received an email asking if I had anything else to sell or if I preferred to print a pre-paid label instead of waiting for theirs in the mail. I chose to print the label and asks if they buy mophies. They do, so I added 2 mophies to my package when the customer service rep suggested it. Three weeks later I sent a follow up email. The rep didn't know what I was talking about. They asked if it was a different phone. I sent them the email with the prepaid label and my contact info, so they could follow up. I've sent several emails since, and not once have I received a response. No phone & no money"

I received an email stating that they received my package with out my phone and it really upsets me because of the fact that they sent me a orange yellowish bubble wrap to send my phone But they are claiming that it was white Bubble wrap I only did what I was instructed to. when I received a large whit envelope with a orange yellowish bubble wrap envelope and label. Now they are not sending me what they promised nor my note 3."

Their quote was included with the pre-paid envelopes stating what they would pay if condition was as subscribed. I mailed on the 28th of December 2014, and received states amount today 5 Jan 2015, and this was over a holiday. Highly recommend this company, honest, good communication and quick service."
