"Terrible merchant. I purchased a watch from TrendyAlley via Underbid.com, paid for it, and never heard a word from them. I never received a receipt, or an invoice or anything confirming that they had received monies from me. After sending emails to all addresses listed on their website and calling every phone number I could find for their LA-based store (none of which was listed on their site and each of which resulted in a dead end), I opened an inquiry with PayPal hoping to get my money back. Only then did they provide to me (through Paypal's conflict resolution system) a tracking number for the item in question. I received the item a week and a half after I ordered it, and it seems to be fine. However, any claims about being able to return to this store are false as they are completely unreachable. I never received a single email from them!! The receipt I got with my shipment was a printed copy of the paypal receipt. Buyers beware!"
