"Trendetronics cleared a CDN. order for an ATC 100(blk front) CoolerMaster case (still listed on their website); after enquiring they acknowledged reciept of payment on June 13th. Nothing more was heard- I enquired twice before recieving a reply -they stated the order had been voided because their was no stock. I then Emailed them back asking them to send back the money order OR send other stock....after several attempts I finally recieved a reply - stating they have lost or shredded the money order(in US dollars) - it's like shredding cash! I have asked them what they are going to do about it - no reply.I found their email replies terse and very incomplete with regards to answers. So I tried to phone them - 3 different nos. (website listing, Email listing and their "866" no. on this website) - they are all " no longer in service"! Furthermore I tried to find an up to date phone no. via a net search - again no listing! I asked 3 times now to supply a phone no. so that we can sort this out - there has been NO REPLY. So it looks like I am out some money - fair warning to others."
